I visited a habitat of Drosera tokaiensis in Kagawa Pref., Japan. This habitat is located on an agricultural path on a hill, and occasionally a drought occurs in the place in summer (Kagawa Pref. is known for the dry climate). This time the D. tokaiensis was in a better condition than it was last year. Recently, the habitat has been diminishing because of the intrusion of taller plants. The path itself seems to have nearly been abandoned for the past few years.
