Good evening, Master

Can we request for a Bird Release Ceremony (BRC) to be done on behalf of another person, and without the other person's knowledge (we will be paying for the ceremony instead)

The reason I asked is because my husband wants to know if anything can be done to help his boss's department work/projects be smoothsailing and that obstacles can be overcome. It seems that his boss and the whole department (my husband included) of 40 staff keep facing many problems with their work, especially with very high profile projects in the last few weeks. So, my husband thought to do the BRC under his boss's name, who is the head of the department, but he doesn't want the boss to know about the BRC because he is unsure if the Boss believes in Fengshui or not.

However, if Master thinks the BRC is not viable in this case, then my husband will approach his boss and see if he is open to the idea of using fengshui to help his department's staff and projects; and maybe help him to place the SCC and Trinity 3-Coins in his home.

Their office premises has an open floor plan with staff spread all over and therefore, placing a SCC or NSM at the office is not possible.

So, in summary.......this is also a question on how to use fengshui to handle effectively troubles and obstacles in the work or projects in a department of a large multinational company. Everyone from the head of department down to the small staff are highly stressed now.

Looking forward to your advice on how to approach the department's work problems, Master. Ultimately, the head of department and managers are being held accountable and scolded for the projects' problems.

Yes - you can book a bird release ceremony for others - not necessary for others to know it - it is fine.

I had done many Bird Ceremony this way - especially those who need urgent help.

This is not a normal situation for bird release - it involve so many people in it - i will try to do what is possible.

Hehe, my husband and I just came back from having a good time attending his company's Annual Dinner to night, and I found this wonderful post from you - thank you so much, Master for doing the Bird Release Ceremony. I have informed my husband already and he seemed very relieved and he even gave me some surprising news tonight....that his boss is likely to be transferred to another department due to restructuring and my husband is identified as most likely to take over his boss's place....so, we are keeping our fingers crossed for another promotion for him.

Dear Master,

Your prayers for the Bird Release Ceremony done last Saturday is really remarkable - it worked so well! After many months of being extremely stressed out at work in this new department due to never ending problems and emergency meetings happening very often, my husband reported back to me that this week, he is really amazed with the smooth workflow, lesser problems and no "headaches". He is much more relaxed this week Considering that this week, my husband has to do his boss's work also (his boss is on leave for 10 days), this week has been like a breeze indeed Wow, the first time you advised him of this ceremony end of last year, he was so sceptical of the whole thing! Now, he is a firm believer in this!
