Dear Master,

I would like to thank you very much for your advices and help that had save my family from financial crisis in year 2005. we are now much better, short term depts and one long term dept had been settled.

We ahve 2 more long term depts (housing loan) is still unsettled but our combine income is sufficient to handle all expenses so far.

However, we are expecting our 2nd child next month and with the new family member arrival, we are expecting some deficite in monthly income. Thus, we are hoping to gather enough money to settle one more housing loan buy still short by some 30%.

Kindly advise me what can we do to have some extra income?
