Good evening, Master Very Happy

Could you please perform the Bird Release Ceremony for my husband, specifically for his career to be as smoothsailing as possible and to counter Xiao Ren? He will be taking on a new job with more responsibilities on 01 March 2007. I think I read somewhere that this ceremony comes with one year of prayers Question

My daughter has just banked in the RM118 payment for this as per the ATM receipt below :-

Okay, thank you, Master. I have read somewhere here that you said it is best to do the Bird Release Ceremony during the Chinese New Year. Do let me know when it is done so that I can tell my husband and he will go to his new job with confidence. Very Happy

Thank you very much, Master, for doing the Bird Release Ceremony for my husband. I had a feeling that you will do it today as it is the 8th day of the Chinese New Year - very auspicious indeed. Wink

Dear Master, Very Happy

The week my husband started his new job, his company management suddenly changed policy where staff which have a sales plan (my husband falls under this category in this new job) will no longer be given yearly increment in their monthly basic pay. Although this new job is a promotion for him, his monthly basic pay remains the same but he was due for an increment in June this year. With this new policy in place, his pay will be frozen. However, his immediate boss is agreeable to increasing his basic monthly pay and has submitted the proposal to the Human Resources Manager for approval last Wednesday.

My husband has requested for a Bird Release Ceremony to help clear the obstacles to this pay increment.

My daughter has just transferred RM118 via ATM to your Maybank Savings Account for this ceremony and I will PM you with the company details.

Hope Master can let us know once the Bird Release Ceremony is performed. Meanwhile, we are praying and wishing hard as my husband is very worried... Crying or Very sad

Great news, Master! You did it! Laughing

My husband was finally confirmed yesterday that he got the substantial pay rise that he requested, and more - the management even gave him a bit more than the increment that he asked for! Wow! Shocked

You have been very supportive to me and my family here - I remember I asked early last year about putting a set of 3-coins in my wallet because I am just a housewife and have no career, you encouraged me to go ahead and put the 3-coins in my wallet to make sure that my husband gives me enough (and more Laughing
